Automatic Transmissions available.  We commit to building you the best Transmission we can, this means doing all the big and little things Right, no skipping over problem areas, or installing inferior parts like the other guy's.  We will be glad to build anyone an honest to God "Good Transmission".  One that will perform like you want, last as it should and get you home every night.  There is no magic, no catchy phrases or un-truthful claims.....we don't build a hundred transmission a week, nor do we ever want to.  We simply concentrate on one Transmission at a time, your Transmission

     You have probably heard something similar before...We all have.  But we do things much different than anyone else I know of.  We do not re-use damaged, questionable or out-of-date parts !  When we re-build your Transmission, it will be with the Best, most Up-to-Date parts available from Ford.  There is no reason to re-build any other way, your Transmission will get all the available up-dates Ford has out.  All our Transmission are built with quality original Ford parts, only exception is when we decide to make a Clutch or Band change or improve an area like the Valve Body with quality Sonnex, Raybestos or similar  parts.  Other than that, you get 100% Ford
quality, no exceptions.

    The
4R70W Transmission is a very good product, Ford did a wonderful job with this Transmission, it has been used for many years in everything from Crown Victoria's to a F-250 Truck.  Yes, this is a Truck Transmission, and it can be tweaked to work in anything Modular powered.  Our main market is with the Stock, Street & Strip, Off-Road, Towing and Hot Rod crowd, but we can build for anyone...anyone that wants a quality re-built Transmission that is.  Quality means many different thing to many different people...What does it mean to you??  To us, it means attention to all the details, not just the noticeable ones.  We build every Transmission the same way....yes we build some to handle more horsepower than others, but they all go through the same process, no short-cuts.  It take time to properly re-build a Transmission, time to measure Bushing, End-Play and Clearances.  Time to make sure your getting all the Transmission you paid for.

     We don't have fancy names Like, Super Street or Stage IV…What we do is talk to you, the driver, about what your needs are and how you plan to use your new Transmission, then we build it for you, just as you ask for!

F.  Sonnex Reverse Piston & Pin with Super OD Servo for greater 4th Gear holding power

            4R70W Super Servo offers greater holding capacity, a more positive 4th gear, helps eliminate premature overdrive band    failure and is built of 6061-T6 billet aluminum. This servo also offers an additional Teflon sealing ring for better centering          and sealing along with a high temperature deep groove lip seal. A must for all long term rebuilds, this servo is also made      in the U.S.A.

                4R70W Servo Pins with O-rings. Forward clutch failure and overdrive band failure can be the result of servo-pin-to-case-  bore clearance. This excessive clearance allows leakage of release oil, which is forward clutch oil. This leakage reduces           forward oil pressure and can allow overdrive band drag in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears.

& Disc W/Carbon Fiber or Kevlar Reverse/Low Band

D.  Extreme Duty Extra Hard Intermediate Shaft for 4R70W. This is a must for high horse power units. The big end is bad about snapping off. This shaft is made from 300M material and cryogenically hardened.

Full Manual / Trans Brake Valve Body  $799.99

This valve body fits all AODE and 4R70W transmissions. This valve body bypasses the transmission computer and lets you have full control of all functions. Shift when you want, set the lock up when you want and launch off of the transbrake when you want. This is the fastest releasing AODE/4R70W full manual transbrake in the country. This valve body includes directions and wiring instructions. Direct bolt in, no modifications required to the transmission. Great for manual to automatic conversions. No computer controls needed!

 

Hardened Intermediate Stub Shaft  $159.99

. Extreme Duty extra hard intermediate shaft for AODE / 4R70W / A O Dominator transmissions. This shaft is our own brand. This is a must for high horse power units. The big end is bad about snapping off. Can be added to the Interceptor transmission as an upgrade. This shaft is made from 300M material and cryogenically hardened. (If you have nitrous you need this part.)

Billet Overdrive Servo  $129.00

Type "A+" overdrive billet servo for AOD / A O Dominator transmissions. This servo has 11% more holding force than the "A" servo. This is a must for towing in overdrive.

Servo Pin W/O-Rings  $18.00

Servo Pins with O-rings. Forward clutch failure and overdrive band failure can be the result of servo-pin-to-case-bore clearance. This excessive clearance allows leakage of release oil, which is forward clutch oil. This leakage reduces forward oil pressure and can allow overdrive band drag in 1st, 2nd and 3rd gears. Replace the OEM servo pin with a Sonnax pin which has an o-ring to positively seal against the case bore.

 This drain plug kit can be used to install a transmission temperature gauge in a sheet metal transmission pan.
